On 24 April 2009 we arrived in Dubai in the early hours of Monday morning to join the Costa Deliziosa, the boarding was fantastic, the ship was lovely and smart and everything was good until the day of departure which was the following Saturday morning.

On the Friday I ordered a statement and noted that I had been charged for 5 days gratuities which was correct, but then when the statement was delivered during the night 2 extra days were then added. I do not consider this fair as we were only on the ship for 6 days. When i tried to complain, I was tiotally ignored and asked to see an Officer. This request was rejected in no uncertain terms. I was realy upset by this and as a Carnival Shareholder im disgusted that my concerns are ignored. Ah well back to Princess for me and I will never again sail with Costa.

Don't these companies realise we have plenty of choice where we spend our monies. We will never cruise with Costa again.
