Cabin very good & stewardess very good. Food bland & ordinary, on 17 nights NO Lobsters, prawns limited, bread rolls handed out as though on rations.

Todd English Restaurant ($30 per head chge) overated, better meals at our local restaurant. Kings Court for Breakfast no one cooking omelets, poor variety and area is dirty needs a refurb. Lunch the same & desserts at lunch time limited, the ice cream is watery.

Staff in general appear to be totally disinterested in their jobs and in the passengers. Entertainment on board.....one word....EMBARRASING!

Never been bored on a ship before on sea days (this was cruise #20) but we were on the QM2, very little orgainized & what was organized like the Trivia was held in the Pub which does not have enough room to accomodate everyone. Ship is a bad design too disorientated......will never cruise Cunard again....Holland America far far superior in every way!!!!
