The ships main restaurants offer fine dining that is included in the cost of your fare and should you decide to just stick with this you certainly will not be losing out. The food on board is world class, there is something to excite even the pickiest of taste buds.

Speciality restaurants are nice if you want to splash out or are celebrating an important birthday or anniversary, it adds a special touch of class to your evening and you will be wined and dined as if you were royalty.

It’s like the saying “when in Rome do what the romans do” so I would aim that towards a cruise holiday’s dining options as “when on board dine like the royals do”. They really are worth trying at least once
