Summer is coming

It’s getting close to that time of the year again, when we start deciding where to go for our long awaited cruise holiday. Not only do we need to decide where to go we also need to decide which cruise line and then which ship to go with.

I booked my summer cruise last year, i am the same every year as soon as I come back from one cruise I must have another one booked or I start to malfunction. It’s almost part of normal life to have one booked, I am sure there are many others out there just like me

Although cruises can whisk us off to just about everywhere on earth I always seem to book a cruise that is going to somewhere hot and sunny for my main yearly getaway. To me it’s not a proper holiday unless I can bake under blisteringly hot sunshine. I suppose that’s because living in the UK we rarely get the treat of warm sunshine, I seem to remember many a summer that conveniently missed my little part of the world.

If I am lucky enough to cruise before or after my “summer medley” it can take me to anywhere it wishes, I will have had my yearly fix of 2 weeks in the sunshine sailing the Mediterranean waters
