The need for a cruise

The need for a cruise

It is great having a blog section. Somewhere I can let my hair down and just chat generally about anything and everything within the cruise world!  What more could I possibly want.

There is so much I could talk about and best of all you can all get involved with your comments too, well I am hoping you will all get involved with your comments!

Today I wanted to talk about the obvious, a cruise holiday! Is it just me or does anyone else feel utterly depressed if they do NOT have a Cruise booked? I only started cruising 4 years ago and after my very first day on board Oriana I knew I was hooked! But then once returning home I really do become lethargic if I don’t book another cruise as soon as possible. It is like you lose the use of normal daily functions, you NEED to have something booked so not only can you talk endlessly about your previous trips just in the hope of keeping yourself sane but you can also then move onto the perfect subject of “well my next cruise holiday is booked”.

it’s a bit like disembarkation too, I have developed a unique way of totally blocking it out. In life we experience many traumas, yet our mind learns to cope with them and in a way blocks them from our immediate thoughts. Well I cleverly have managed to do this with respect to leaving the ship. I remember none of it, how perfect!

With that said I will leave you to ponder the decision of whether or not to get booking that all important cruise, try our search engine, you may well find that perfect cruise at the perfect price!!

Cruising is my most favorite thing to do - I have been on 14 cruises since 1996 - but I am now limited since the economy has taken such a toll on my finances. I have been on four different cruise lines and they have all been wonderful. No issues on any of them. I do think that Princess and Royal Caribbean are a step up from Carnival and Norwegian but they were all very good.

Hi, are you new? We are not new to cruising having done 14 so far but are getting more confused as we go along. Just done Celebrity Eclipse 16 nights and you would not believe the different prices i heard that people had paid. So to get the best deal is very important. I heard some people had got Concierge class for the same price nearly as some people paid for inside.
