Latest ship Norwegian Epic from NCL sets sail

The latest ship from NCL has now left the French port of St Nazaire, and is now in Rotterdam.

The new cruise ship will then sail onto Southampton where 2500 travel agents will be given a special 2 night cruise to check everything the ship has to offer. On June 24th it will leave Southampton on sold-out 7 day transatlantic crossing to New York, where it will host the 4th of July firework display for the New York flagship store Macy's.

The 153,000 ton ship is one of the most striking & unusual designs to ever be launched, especially in 2010. With passenger capacity of 4,200 it's NCL largest ship be far, and one of the biggest cruise liners currently at sea.

There are so many new exciting features available onboard Norwegian Epic which include a Aqua Park, a real ice bar, a circus that performs in a big top, a very large casino that's over 13,000-square feet, contemporary New Wave staterooms with open living spaces and the star of the show, performances by the popular Blue Man Group.
