Changes to come for Norwegian Cruise Line

The purpose of the show is for company execs and more to experience the inner workings of their company by posing as regular new recruits and trying their hand at an array of jobs within the company.

Whilst undercover Sheehan found himself laying down up to 100 pieces of ice weighing 60lbs each for the on board skating rink and concluded it was indeed back breaking work that yielded little reward.

"I was absolutely humbled by the effort, hard work, dedication, and caring of our crew," Sheehan said at the end of the show, which aired last night. "It's really those 16,000 or so people that make us successful. It's not one person, it's all of our employees."

"To see our customers having a ball was what we hoped for when we launched the new ship," he said after helping teach passengers to dance during the Epic's White Hot party.

The overall reception was good and at the end of the show the crew members that had trained Sheehan within his various roles whilst on board were all rewarded, Some with promotions and others with free cruises for them and their families.
