UK Cruise Convention 2011

This year is bound to be the biggest and best ACE UK Cruise convention to date. There are some exciting programmes planned and some interesting ship visits to be had.

The 3 day event runs from May 3rd in Southampton, with the first day being by special invitation only. The event has guest speakers confirmed and visits to 4 different ships lined up. They will include Fred Olsen’s Balmoral, P&O Cruises Aurora, Cunard Lines Queen Elizabeth and Royal Caribbean’s Independence of the Seas.

Confirmed speakers include Andy Stuart, Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Passenger Services for Norwegian Cruise Line and Jan Swartz, EVP Customer Service, Sales & Marketing for Princess Cruises.

Flo Powell added: “This will be the fifth anniversary of the Ace UK Cruise Convention and I anticipate it being bigger and better than ever – the ultimate event in the cruise calendar for agents.”

•Main Convention Day onboard Royal Caribbean’s Independence of the Seas at City Terminal

•Trade Fair, Ocean Terminal

•Party Night

Thursday, May 5

•Breakout sessions on Cunard’s Queen Elizabeth at QEII Terminal

•P&O Cruises Aurora ship visit, Ocean Terminal
