Holland America corporate reorganization

Holland America Line is implementing a corporate reorganization following the relocation of Seabourn Cruise Line to Seattle.

Promotions include Dan Grausz taking on the role of executive vice president, fleet operations. In addition to his current responsibilities for Holland America Line, Grausz will assume all fleet and new building responsibilities for Seabourn.

Grausz will continue to report directly to Stein Kruse, president and chief executive officer, and will work closely with the Seabourn management team. He has been a key participant on the line’s senior management team since 1988.

Other promotions within the corporate ladder also include Paul Goodwin being promoted to executive vice president, on board revenue, planning, port operations and tours. He directs the development and implementation of Holland America Line’s on board revenue including shore excursions, retail services, spas and salons and various other revenue outlets. Goodwin joined the line in 2003.
