Parents of missing Disney Wonder crew member arrive in L.A.

The parents of missing Disney Wonder crew member Rebecca Coriam have arrived in Los Angeles to meet with investigators

As we have reported Rebecca went missing as the Disney Wonder sailed off Mexico’s Pacific Coast on Tuesday. A Disney Cruise Line spokeswoman said “"We just don't know what happened to her, do we?" her mother, Ann Coriam, told KABC-TV Sunday. "That's the worst. Nobody seems to know. We've got to find out."

Her parents travelled to Los Angeles to meet with investigators and gather their daughters belongings when the ship docked in port on Sunday morning. Her father said "It's just very, very painful, and the thought of not seeing her again, I don't know, It's frightening to think about it, really."

Disney Cruise Line, in a written statement Sunday, said it was "doing everything possible" to find Coriam, who was worked in the ship's youth program, "including conducting multiple shipboard searches, the latest one as recently as Saturday."
