Royal Caribbean has confirmed that the new all-inclusive drinks packages have been temporarily suspended on Independence of the Seas
The packages which launched in March on three of the line’s ships had a range of drinks available and each package is charged at a daily rate
In a statement Royal Caribbean noted that the package was shelved on Independence of the Seas April 5th sailing "in order to make some changes based on guest feedback." The package has been discontinued for the current sailing only "whilst both the IT system and product offering are being adjusted," noted spokeswoman Sarah Rathbone. It will be reinstated for the 16th of April cruise.
The packages remain available on Grandeur of the Seas and Legend of the Seas.
