Celebrity Cruises Offer Guests Behind the Scenes Tours

Guests can now indulge in this recent addition to the Celebrity Life onboard activites programme, "Celebrity Inside Access". Guests can take a unique journey behind the scenes of Celebrity Cruises fleet whilst discovering the functions and operations behind a luxury cruise liner.

The Inside Access programme is offering the "See How It's Done Tour" and the "Bridge Sail Away Experience".

The three hour experience is certainly one many guests would love to be involved in. The tour includes a guide through several area's of the ship which are usually out f bounds to passengers. This includes the mooring deck, crew gym, theatre, engine control room, main dining room galley, the bridge and prep rooms. Each visit will include the chance for guests to interact with members of the crew in each area to ask any burning or niggling questions you may have had over the years.

As a little extra incentive each tour will be followed by a delicious savoury lunch hosted by an officer in the main ship's dining room.

The main attraction i have no doubt will be the Bridge Sail Away Experience. This will allow guests to join the ship's navigational team and captain on the bridge as the ship sail's from her port. The tour will start roughly 30 minutes before departure and will end 30 minutes after departure, this giving guests a chance to really enjoy the views and experience of being on the bridge. This will also include a bridge tour and talk on equipment and how it works.
