With Fred Olsen it’s not the number of cruises but the duration that matters. Each night spent onboard one of their cruise liners earns you one point. Once you reach 30 points, you qualify for the first level of membership, called Blue. Blue level guests are given a 5% discount on onboard spending and on shore excursions booked prior to departure. At 31 points the passenger enters silver level where members will receive a 2% cruise price discount, and a welcome aboard cocktail party – often they are given priority embarkation too, but this can depend on your embarkation port. Get to 100 days on board and the rewards are a 4% cruise cost discount, personalised luggage labels giving you priority service, a welcome aboard gift – often fruit and wine, and a free shuttle bus pass.
