Cruise Deals for Single Passengers

Cruise lines are fighting for every passenger at present – and one area in which they are trying harder than ever before is in relation to the solo traveller. Fred Olsen has some great solo cabins, and they are not just double cabins with a twin bed taken out, they are properly appointed single cabins.

P&O has specially built solo cabins on Azura too. So the ship, which launches next year, should have dedicated space for singles too.

Holland America has some nice offers: discounts are various, depending on the cruise, the time of year and the ship but you can get as much as a 100% discount, but given that this cruise lines sometimes charges a double rate for single occupancy, you end up paying the same fare as any other passenger, just without having to share your cabin.
