Gordon and Dorothy Bradley, from Bolton waited two years to enjoy their £4,500 Caribbean cruise, but then their luggage went missing from Heathrow Airport's Terminal 5. Fellow passengers nicknamed them ‘Mr and Mrs No Clothes’, forcing them to buy T-shirts from ports and borrow clothes for formal evenings. Their luggage was finally retuned a week after they got home and 20 days after it went missing. Although they were eventually reunited with their luggage, their lack of correct travel insurance probably means they will not get any compensation for their problems.
