Like many companies, Crystal offers captain-led weddings and vow renewal ceremonies. They say that they want their passengers to plan and enjoy a completely customised honeymoon so they don’t offer a pre-packaged programme, although they do provide a range of options such as candlelight supper served on a suite's veranda, onboard florists, a portrait studio and private shore excursions for the happy couple.

Alternatively Holland America does have a wedding package which runs as part of its Group Advantage Programme – if the wedding party books at least 8 staterooms then the bride and groom get a stateroom upgrade and a commemorative wedding cake, plus the whole group is offered a number of special treats such as a Pinnacle Grill lunch, private wine tastings, and chocolate covered strawberries and sparkling wine in the welcome pack in staterooms.
