Three more wedding cruise packages compared

MSC Cruises has a nice range of packages that cruise passengers can choose from to support their honeymoon, but they don’t offer actual wedding packages. The simplest end of the range includes little flourishes such as bottle of Asti Spumante and a special fruit basket or a bottle of Ferrari Perle and cold canapés in the stateroom, up to the Romantic Sunrise: champagne in commemorative flutes, orange juice and pastries served in the cabin or Romantic Sunset: champagne in commemorative flutes with chocolate-covered strawberries.

Regent Seven Seas cruises offer the support of Royal Ocean Events a specialised honeymoon planning system which helps newly- married cruise passengers to organise a perfect honeymoon – for example there is a package that provides a letter of congratulations from the captain, Veuve Clicquot Champagne and caviar on arrival in the cabin, plus in-suite canapes every afternoon, a miniature wedding cake and Leonidas chocolates.

Royal Caribbean International has some quirky offerings – there’s the traditional wedding service called Royal Romance which offers a one-hour wedding ceremony onboard ship or on shore on embarkation day. But couples marrying on a Royal Caribbean International ship also have the option to make their vows while climbing the ships' rock walls or ice-skating or even on the Flowrider!
