People from, or visiting, Australia will have an almost unique opportunity to sail the historic waters of Anzac Cove on the Gallipoli Peninsula next year.
Dawn Princess will be visiting Turkey as part of an epic 104-night world voyage and the journey includes cruising through Anzac Cove, allowing the Australians and New Zealanders on board to take in their surroundings and honour the thousands of ANZAC soldiers who lost their lives at Gallipoli during World War I.
The Gallipoli visit is just one highlight of a record-setting voyage: it will be the first world circumnavigation offered from Australia, and it will visit over thirty-five ports. Sailing from Sydney on July 5th 2009 and returning to Sydney on October 16th, European passengers can join Dawn Princess in Southampton on August 26th for segment of the voyage from the UK to Sydney, which visits Anzac Cove.
