Bahamas & Western Caribbean from Port Canaveral with Orlando Stay

Line: MSC Cruises
Before you choose a cruise, you need to be sure what kind of golfer you are: serious or not so serious? Small boat cruises are generally preferable for the truly serious golfer because golf is usually the main business of the cruise, there may be more port visits (and therefore more golf courses to play on) and other serious golfers tend to congregate on such cruise holidays.
The really big advantage though, is that smaller cruise liners can get into ports that the big ships can’t enter, such as St Andrew’s Harbour, allowing passengers to play on truly famous courses without having to make long trips to access them.
Larger boats have more diversions for fellow travellers, such as gyms, casinos, excursions on golf days etc and to be more luxurious in general. This means there is less complaining from those who travel with you and if the weather is lousy, or (as can happen) you don’t feel too great and don’t perform at your best, you haven’t ‘wasted’ your holiday because there are so many other things to do than play golf.
