Cruises for under £1500 compared

It’s supposed to be a buyer’s market for cruises, so what can you get for your money right now?

Some locations are much more possible to visit by cruise than as a fly-stay holiday, for example Bermuda – hotels there are incredibly expensive but you can manage to get a seven-night cruise from New York on ms Veendam, sailing in May, for just £1,369 which includes flights.

Then there’s the chance to visit the Caribbean for a similar price – Carnival Dream has a similar offer, but flying to Florida and touring the Bahamas and St Maarten which sails on April 9th 2010 and has a starting price of £1,430 per person, or just £1,170 per child, also including flights.

P&O’s got a Mediterranean sailing that’s smack in the middle of the summer holidays (14th August) and packed full of child-fun such as Noddy. You get two weeks touring France, Spain and Italy, sailing from Southampton, for just £1,414 per person.
