Titan HiTours claim to offer a unique concept: escorted touring with carefree cruising. Their cruises usually stop at a different port of call each day or every other day, depending on the distance and sailing time between points of interest and customers are equally free to remain aboard the ship all day or disembark and explore the destination at your leisure.

However, the line offers a variety of shore excursions, geared toward the unique features of the destination. The West African voyage (interestingly they are still showing Kenya as a destination on a different cruise) takes place on the Fred Olsen Balmora. Sailing from Dover to Madeira, to the largest of the Canary Islands, Tenerife, on to the cosmopolitan city of Dakar, capital of Senegal, before travelling to Sao Vicente and Santiago, two of the Cape Verde Islands.
