Nickelodeon and Royal Caribbean International have come together to introduce Nickelodeon Family Cruise with Royal Caribbean. The first-ever Nickelodeon cruise will set sail on August 10th for seven days, sailing from Miami, Florida on board Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas.
Freedom of the seas is currently the largest ship in the cruise industry with a capacity of more than 4,000 passengers and the cruise programme aims to combine the family- friendly amenities of the liner with a hectic schedule of Nickelodeon activities and entertainment. There will be Nick-themed shipboard activities such as live game shows featuring the trademark Nickelodeon slime, visits from favourite Nickelodeon characters like Dora the Explorer and SpongeBob SquarePants, appearances from live-action stars; and more.
The cruise will also visit four Western Caribbean destinations – Cozumel in Mexico; George Town on Grand Cayman, Ocho Rios in Jamaica; and a special stop at Royal Caribbean's private beach destination, Labadee, which will be Nickelodeon-themed.
