MSC Cruises, MSC Poesia launched

Royal Caribbean International hosts a star-packed launch party for Independence of the Seas on April 26th And MSC Poesia is heading for an early April launch in Dover.

It’s the first time an MSC ship has been christened outside Italy, and 2,550 guest ship will have Sophia Loren as its godmother at its 5th April midnight christening to be attended by Prince and Princess Michael of Kent: Italian opera singer Andrea Bocelli and rock star KT Tunstall, whose hits include "Suddenly I See," will both be performing, alongside the Ronnie Scott Orchestra. Later Radio One DJ Fearne Cotton will be on board to host a party for guests.
