Planning a group cruise

You might never have considered becoming the organiser of a group cruise, but there are good reasons why you should:

Travel agents love group bookings – a group of sixteen or eighty is as easy to book for as a couple, and because they often get a higher commission rate on a group booking they make a lot more money – this means they will fight for your business and fight to secure you a really good deal – meaning you and your friends get many more perks and freebies for the same cost Somebody gets a free cruise – why not you?

Cruise lines offer a range perks to groups and a group usually has to consist of around eight double occupancy cabins, but for some lines a group may only need to book three – and when the group books that number, it gets one berth free, another for the twice that amount of cabins and so on, so you can either divide the savings on a ‘free’ berth between all the members of your group, or have yourself a free holiday!
