Carnival Cruise Lines and Whodunit Productions are getting together to run a series of ‘Whodunit Cruises’ aboard the 2,052-passenger Carnival Paradise, sailing from Long Beach in California in 2008 and 2009.
Eight different three-day cruises will be offered, the first of which will leave on October 31st 2008, with subsequent departure dates of January 9th ,February 13th , March 13th , May 1st , July 17th , October 30th and December 4th 2009.
Whodunit Cruises utilise the various public rooms and areas aboard the ship, giving passengers a ‘whole ship’ experience that allows them to try and solve the mystery at the end of the voyage. When participants arrive on board, they are given their own role to play and are encouraged to interact with professional actors hired to build an atmosphere of suspense and intrigue. A variety of clues: from notes slipped under stateroom doors to instructions for various clandestine missions, are provided throughout the cruise for holidaymakers to enjoy.
