Carnival Cruise Line’s new adults only area review

Carnival Cruise new Serenity adults-only retreat is part of the new “Evolutions of Fun” product enhancement initiative. It has been specially created to offer adults a space in which they can feel, calm, refreshed, relaxed and pampered – it features genuine teak flooring, luxurious chaise lounges and dramatic ocean views to evoke the feeling of deep contentment and a total immersion in the ocean environment. Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages will be served in Carnival’s trademark hurricane glasses. Carnival’s £125 million “Evolutions of Fun” initiative is the cruise industry’s most ambitious ship refurbishment project to date and includes a diverse range of upgrades and new amenities for the line’s eight Fantasy-class ships. In addition to a complete renovation of the upper decks with Serenity, there is Carnival WaterWorks – which has redesigned pools and water amenities - and there are upgraded staterooms and spas, nine-hole miniature golf courses and atrium lobby bars all designed to give cruise passengers unique onboard experiences.
