Carnival cruise offer, Bahamas

The recently refurbished Carnival Imagination has a popular cruise offer this year, making visits to three Caribbean islands. Like all Carnival ships, the Imagination boasts miniature golf and a water park, rock wall and a "Flow Rider” wave machine. Notable stops on this cruise are Grand Turk, a tiny islet, barely one-mile by six-miles which is the capital of the Turks and Caicos Islands – it’s probably one of the best places in the world for non-expert divers and snorklers to experience water life, ranging from whales which are often spotted from the decks of the cruise liner through to reef snorkling to spot fish like sergeant majors, blue chromis, snappers and parrot fish. Another popular stop on the itinerary is Nassau, the capital of the Bahamas, offering great shopping and dining and a wonderful sense of history – it’s said that the actor Eddie Murphy has taken out a permanent lease on one of the islands you can see from Nassau bay, and uses it as his holiday retreat.
