Premium Prices for Oasis of the Seas

Executives at Royal Caribbean International have said that they expect cabins on their much publicised new cruise ship, Oasis of the Seas, to be offered at a higher price than other ships in the fleet. Tickets will be offered for sale on 3rd September. The ship is particularly well fitted to the large number of ‘special events’ that RCI increasingly offers on its ships, such as weddings, honeymoons, anniversaries and renewals of vows and the 220,000-ton vessel, has a Royal Promenade twice the width of those on existing Royal Caribbean ships and a Central Park with live trees and outdoor eating places. This ‘public space’ is expected to serve as a natural venue for such once-in-a-lifetime celebrations for large family groups and parties travelling together.
