Recently Celebrity Cruise Lines announced Celebrity Solstice will visit St. Kitts on its maiden voyage. Solstice will sail seven night Eastern Caribbean cruises round-trip from Fort Lauderdale: alternating two itineraries, one featuring calls at San Juan; Basseterre, St. Kitts; and Philipsburg, St. Maarten, and the other featuring stops at San Juan, Puerto Rico; Philipsburg, St. Maarten, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands; and Labadee, Haiti Now the little known twin-island Federation of St Kitts and Nevis will also feature on the itinerary of Celebrity Equinox as part of the 10 and 11 night ‘Ultimate Caribbean’ cruises which sail round-trip from Fort Lauderdale. This year’s cruise ship season is expected to bring over 400,000 passengers for the first time in the history of St. Kitts and Nevis.
