Silversea Cruises, Silver Spirit

The new ship in the Silversea line will be called Silver Spirit – she’s still being built, but we now know she will be a has named its newest all-suite ship Silver Spirit. She is currently under construction at Fincantieri's Ancona shipyard and we now know she’ll be a 540 passenger vessel with 270 all ocean-view suites, with all but a dozen of those boasting verandas. The new Spa at Silversea, which premiered aboard Silver Shadow's World Cruise in 2007, will also feature on the Silver Spirit. The two 3000 passenger cruise liners in the Silversea Line, Silver Cloud and Silver Wind are also scheduled to have major refits in the next twelve to fourteen months, to deliver suite upgrades that will include new bathrooms, carpets, flat screen TVs. In addition, public spaces and corridors will see substantial enhancements of furnishings and carpets. There will also be new fitness centres and a new guest lift.
