Crystal Cruises European offerings

Crystal Cruises calls itself the ‘ultra luxury’ cruise line and this year it’s offering more short cruises than eve before sailing around Europe. The seven day cruise has become very popular in recent years, catering to those who are cash or time strapped but still love to cruise. There are six different offerings incorporating the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Baltic and even sailings around the British Isles.

A spokesman for the company said, ‘The seven-night European itineraries are a great way for guests with limited time to enjoy a luxury getaway, and for new guests to sample the celebrated Crystal product.’ Sailing between May and November, the seven night cruises take place on two ships.

Crystal Symphony sailings:

Athens to Rome visiting Mykonos, Rhodes, Santorini, Kusadasi and Sorrento sailing on 26th May Roundtrip to and from Dover, calling at Guernsey, Dublin, Waterford, Belfast and Liverpool sailing on 14th June Copenhagen to Stockholm visiting Tallinn and St Petersburg departing 7th August

Crystal Serenity sailings:

Rome to Athens visiting Sorrento, Sicily, Crete, Mykonos and Kusadasi sailing on 11th May Athens to Venice visiting Santorini, Corfu, Bodrum and Dubrovnik departing 18th May Athens to Venice visiting Mykonos, Corfu, Split and Kusadasi leaving on 18th June.

The cost of these cruises begins at £2,145 per person and includes return scheduled flights where necessary, transfers, seven nights in a deluxe stateroom with picture window, all meals and soft drinks, port taxes and basic gratuities. There are is also a shipboard credit of up to $2000 per couple (the ship sails in dollars, not sterling) which can be used to pay for onboard services such as: custom Private Adventures (tailored excursions), spa treatments, personal training, one-on-one golf instruction, onboard shopping in the boutiques, and purchasing rare wines.
