Virgin Luggage Chauffeur for Cruise Holidays

Not only is it new, and exclusive, but it’s free. The new Virgin Holidays Cruises offering is to collect their passengers’ luggage direct from their homes, take it to the ship and then reverse the journey at the end of the cruise.

The offer is available to Virgin Holidays Cruises customers who book a P&O, Princess or Cunard cruise which sails from Southampton and it’s not geographically limited – it’s on offer to any UK address. The fine print is that only one bag per person from home to ship is included in the price of the cruise holiday. Additional bags will cost £35 per bag, each way. But the luggage allowance is quite generous at thirty kilos per bag and it does mean you don’t have to think about lugging your heavy case around yourself. And on the return journey, passengers will be met in Southampton Arrivals Hall by a uniformed ‘Luggage Chauffeur’ who will convey their luggage home for them.
