Carnival Sensation to Bahamas

If you're looking for a ship that has all the bells and whistles you could want for a short cruise, combined with a good range of things to do for all the family, then the Carnival Sensation might be for you.

Fold in round the clock dining, from comfort food right down to fillet steak and lobster, and a whole raft of different places to play and party in through until the small hours, and you can see why this big ship, brimming with a vibe best described as electric, might well be your first choice.

For families, Carnival Sensation offers comfortable inside and outside cabins, some of them able to accommodate four people.  And, for those wanting to splurge, the ship recently added almost a hundred balcony cabins. There is also a string of plush, luxurious terrace suites, set low down in the hull, for those wanting fun and also space to relax in.

Camp Carnival offers dedicated clubs and activities for age appropriate groups, from toddlers right through to teens. And, should you wish to get away from all the sometimes raucous fun on the pool deck, there's a dedicated, aft facing, adults' only Serenity Zone. Complete with plush, padded loungers, hot tubs and soft, ambient music, this may well prove to be your dream destination on board ship.

You can dine on five course meals in one of two dining rooms, set down low in the ship. They offer identical fare but, if you would prefer to be more casual, the enormous Lido Buffet offers many of the same items as the dining room, but set in a less formal, self service venue.

Elsewhere, there is a large, constantly busy casino, and a disco that runs through until the early morning hours. One deck down, you'll find a piano bar where the atmosphere can get borderline raunchy.

Yet you will also find a cool, intimate bar with soft, sultry live jazz, and no shortage of more sedate, out of the way places for a nightcap or two and some quiet, after dinner conversation.
